General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on this web site. We provide all items at the request of our customers when ordered in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
Black Friday/Cyber Monday & Holiday SalesDue to the high volume of orders we experience during the holiday season orders may take longer than our normal shipping time – USPS First Class 1-5 business days. Return, Exchange, & Shipping Policy Please remember that our Customer Service work their very hardest to make sure every customer is 100% happy with their order, all while spending with their families. We do get to every email as soon as possible and sending them multiple times will delay our response to you as it groups your emails, pushing them to the bottom. If we do not get to your email right away, rest assure that we will make sure to do everything within our power to take care of you and your order in a timely matter. Always make sure to double and triple-check your item/s color, size, and Paypal address before finalizing your order! We cannot make changes on orders that are placed, as this delays the shipping department in processing orders. Your order will be shipped to the address you supply at checkout. Please make sure that it is current and your shipping address you want the items sent to. Creating an account will save you time in the future when placing your orders. We will reimburse up to a limit of $5.99 for USPS First Class Shipping if the item(s) is being exchanged for a product issue only. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Slyfox Threads, Inc. is not responsible for any additional shipping charges or fees such as Customs Fees, Duty, or Taxes, etc. Most items run true to size, but please make sure that if you have any questions regarding sizing to do so before you place your order. If a sizing chart is available for an item, you can locate it under the items photos. You can exchange or return your item within 7 days of receipt. A an email must be sent on the day of receipt if an exchange or return is needed. Returns will be refunded in form of in-store credit minus the shipping charges. Customers are responsible for return shipping. All items must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition. If you would like to exchange your item, please fill out our exchange form located at the bottom of the main page. If you receive an incorrect item or a defective item, please contact us through the exchange form and we will make sure to correct the issue as soon as possible.
PRE-ORDERSPre-orders will not ship until the date specified in the product description and are subject to change. Additional products purchased with a pre-order will not ship until the date specified in the description of the pre-ordered item. Multiple pre-orders purchased together will not ship until the latest pre-order date.
BACK-ORDERSEvery effort is made to ship customer orders complete. Complete orders will be shipped at once. Incomplete orders will be held for a short time so that we can ship all items at one time. Back ordered items over an extended period of time, the orders will be shipped partial.
PROMOTIONSPromotional items and giveaways are NOT guaranteed and will only be available while supplies last.
Most orders ship within two weeks - USPS First Class 1-5 days. Free Shipping is available for orders over $50.00. This is available for Domestic orders only. International orders take 1-4 weeks to process, plus shipping time and will not be tracked beyond departure. All international orders are subject to the customs laws of the destination country. Please understand it may take up to 2-4 weeks to receive your package. If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees. If you have entered incorrect shipping information and fail to notify us before your order ships, you will be contacted when/if USPS returns the package to our warehouse. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our inventory and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.Slyfox Threads will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
