Returns and Exchanges

Please email us at Returns to process your return or exchange. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to make a return or exchange we will be happy to help you, and please request 10% off of your next order. 

Returns:

    • We are happy to offer a refund minus the shipping charges for all returned items received by us within 14 days of ship date. Items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition. Please try to include original invoice.
    • We are happy to offer a refund in the form of store credit minus the shipping charges for all items returned to us within 30 days of ship date. Items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition. Please try to include original invoice.
    • Securely pack your return merchandise to protect it from damage during shipping.
    • Slyfox Threads is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
    • Items received as gifts can be returned for store credit.
    • Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.
    • All shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Exchanges:
    • We are happy to offer exchanges for items that are exchanged within 30 days of ship date. Items must be in new, unused and re-selllable condition. Please try to include original invoice.
    • If you are wanting to exchange for a more expensive item, please be aware that you might be charged for the price difference.
    • Please contact us at Customercare@slyfoxthreads.com if you are exchanging due to a problem with your item(s).

    • A return shipping rate of $5.99 for domestic orders shall be paid by the customer. All shipping costs are covered by the customer on exchanges.
    • A return shipping rate of $15.99 for international orders shall be paid by the customer. All other customs fees, duties, and taxes will be paid by the customer.
    • Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.

 Additional Information:

  • If we have any questions in regards to your exchange or return we will contact you via email. If we do not hear from you within two weeks, your item(s) will be returned to inventory and store credit will be issued. 
  • If we receive an item that is in less than perfect condition a restocking fee will be charged. 
  • Closeout items can be exchanged or returned for Store Credit.
